Diners, Drive Ins and Dives meets Hot Logic Leftovers

Hot Logic is proud to call Michigan home so when big names come to visit we love to share!

Guy Fieri recently visited Meats Southern BBQ in Lansing, MI for Diners, Drive Ins and Dives for the Ocean Coasts and Great Lakes episode.

While checking out their smokehouse in Old Town, Lansing, their food did not disappoint!

Per the episodes suggestions, we tried the Smoked Chicken wings and the BBQ ribs. The cost was great for the amount of food and it was packed with flavor. 

Now we wouldn't just share some information without explaining what this has to do with Hot Logic. Leftover meats can easily be dried out or overcooked but using the microwave to reheat and it would be a shame to dry out these delectable ribs.

So, in true Hot Logic fashion, I threw the leftovers in a small Pyrex, plugged in my Hot Logic Mini and heated up my leftovers.

WOW! All I can say is WOW! These ribs were great, so slowly reheating them for a quick hour and have them come out just a juicy and packed with flavor as the first time I ate them was awesome!
