Garlic Honey Lime Salmon


  • 1 6 oz Salmon filet
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Clove garlic finely minced 
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Lime juice


Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down in your dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and spread them on top of the salmon. Place the lid on your dish and put it in your HOTLOGIC® Mini. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the salmon flesh is opaque and flakes with a fork.
