- 1 12 oz. Package of Pasta Elbow Noodles, Cooked Al Dente
- 1 Stick of Melted Butter
- 4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese Cut into Cubes
- ½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- 2 Cans Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Dash Hot Sauce
- ¼ tsp Dry Mustard Powder
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Combine macaroni, butter, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, evaporated milk, whole milk, garlic powder, mustard powder and hot sauce in your 9x13 dish. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and place in your HOTLOGIC(R) Max.
Cook until the pasta is warmed through and the sauce has thickened, 2-3 hours, checking after 2 hours, then every 20 minutes after for best results.
